Lessons and Fitness
Bellydance is a sensual and rigorous dance form that can be enjoyed by all women, regardless of age, background or body size. Based on the movements of dance from the Near East, bellydance develops strong abdominal and core muscles. Women attain a sense of balance, co-ordination and flexibility.
Using a variety of world rhythms, Leslie leads a moderate intensity aerobic workout class focused on toning feminine curves, sensual expression and musical engagement. Her classes bring women together in a non-competitive and accepting environment to relax, celebrate and challenge themselves through dance exercise. Appropriate modifcations are provided for all fitness levels, bellydance enthusiasts and novices alike.

Sahara Heidi Cannon is a fitness competitor and model who recently placed 2nd in the BCABBA Fitness Competition and 3rd in the WBFF Fitness Diva division 2011.
